Our plan was to enjoy nine weeks exploring B.C., Yukon and Alaska.
This trip covered a total of 11,300 km (7,000 miles) with 63
nights of camping.
We had six weeks exploring, followed by a difficult time in Vancouver B.C. when our dog died. Then we toured the Kootenay country of British Columbia.
While in Alaska our 18-month-old dog became sick with Cryptococcal Disease. She did not improve with treatment and died on September 20.
